OK... As promised, I will lead Wheeler Pass as a fun run on Saturday, 7/11/15. Meet at Cold Creek RD on Hwy 95 at 7:00am & roll at 7:30am. The earlier time is due of course to the heat. Remember, as a fun run, the trail may be more difficult and not stock friendly like a club run. If anyone has any questions or needs directions, let me know.

John. 8)

Walt, at this time the plan is to go through to the Pahrump side. When we stop for lunch if no one wants to go on to Pahrump we can go back.

It's been a while since I've been on Wheeler's, and it sounded like it would be fun from the last time we talked, John. I'll have to mark my calendar and hope I can make it out in the TJ. It needs some exercise.

I have posted photos from today on the nevadabackroaders facebook page. Walt, Roy and Joe, your videos are there too. I currently do not have an online photo hosting site so I am unable to post them here. Thanks to all that were present today. We had a great time. Chris.

John & Chris and everyone else; I want to thank you all so much for continuing on with the trip despite the turn out. I enjoyed it very much. Absolutely hands down; the best trail ride I've been on. I really appreciate taking the time out for the attempted hill climbs...lol. Great pictures from all. I cant wait till the wife's family comes from Denmark so I can take them up there.

Thank you all.

ps I loved the Ice cream stand....best malt ive had.

I'm sorry we missed it. My son wanted his mom and half sister to go but they all were moving slowly. Tried calling you guys on channel 4 once I passed the Snow Mountain turn off but I couldn't get anything.

Really sorry as I was looking forward to it. wheeler's pass is a trail I've been waiting on for a very long time.

Glad you guys had fun though!
