That, or I'm just getting too good at it. 8) This good weather has a lot to do with it. If it goes bad like last year, I'll have a challenge.

Justin, we use to do the same thing as the "Kid gets pulled by a Jeep",,, except we used a 200 foot rope and a junk car hood... We did it on the beach at Assateague Island, Maryland,, just south of Ocean City.. We would angle into the ocean at 45 degrees and when a wave broke and came up the shore we would cut the Jeep to send the guy in the hood sliding out over the water at quite a speed,, and then back on the beach... It was a blast !!!!! Thanks for the links,, they are a lot of fun.. Phil

Justin,, thanks... I just watched the last 2 videos... the 1st one reminded me that I need to get some front tow hooks for my XJ... The 2nd reminded me of you at Logandale in the sand.... I think this guy was very skillfull, in that he turned his wheel downhill and punched the gas to pull the front end down hill and save his butt..... Obviously he has done this a few times before, and was probably running at least 500 HP.... Cool clips,,, neat.... See ya on the trail.... Phil

I actually saw that Blazer on an amazing videos show, he was desending down the rock when his brakes completely gave out thats why he was going so fast. I can imagine how scary that must have been.

Actually, the guy drove it up and let his wife drive it back down. She apparently wasn't very experienced as she was in too high a gear to begin with and IIRC knocked it into neutral when the brakes failed. All the more reason why you should be careful in these type of situations. Lions Back isn't what I'd call a good place for 4X Driver's Ed 101.

Somewhere there's a clip of a guy getting his H2 stuck on a 1' tree stump and getting pulled off by a couple of Jeeps.
