Welcome to our new topic section. :D Rubicon Bob and I have spoken to numerous club members about going to the range. A lot have expressed interest in going, but missed out because the postings were in the General Discussion section. We try and go about once a month, but have no set schedule. We go to the Pro Gun Club which is located off of 95, about a quarter mile South from Rail Road Pass. You don't need to be a member to shoot there, you can shoot as a non-member for $10.00 a day. You can rent a target stand for $10.00, which is returned when you return the stand un-damaged. You can bring your own targets, or buy them there. If anyone has any questions, you can post them here or call me at (702) 335-2488.

We will be back at the range on Sunday, 3/2/14. We usually arrive at 7am when they open to get a good range.

Hope to see you there.

Just about anything that you want.
Here is a link to the range.

John and I usually try to get one of the Utility Berms. You can shoot pistol and rifle there.

As I am looking to start my puppies next round of training, being able to stay calm with guns being fired, is this a canine friendly range?

I don't know if they allow dogs. The only way to find out is by calling them to ask.

ok called them just now. Yes they allow dogs as long as they are on a leash.

I'll be there too, and possibly my Cousin John who rides on the runs with me.

I want to thank everyone that came out to the range today, I was surprised at the turnout. :D I think we had about 15 shooters, cool 8). It was good to see Steve and Mac again. Chris and I had a lot of fun and are looking forward to our next outing. I'll be posting the next date soon so keep checking. Thanks again.
