| Post subject: | Official Club Runs vs Fun Runs |
The Neavda Backroaders have 2 types of runs: Official Club Runs and Fun Runs. Official Club Runs are held once a month January thru November and are open to everyone. However, non-members are asked for a $5 donation to participate. Official Club Runs are stock friendly and will not exceed a 2.5 trail rating. Any club business is handled during lunch on these events. Fun Runs are put on by club members and not the Nevada Backroaders 4x4 Club and the trailleader is in charge of the run. Fun Runs can be anything from an easy day of looking at wildflowers to exploring some of the more challenging trails around. Fun Runs can be rated anything from a 0 to a 5 trail rating and it is up to the trailleader to decide if someone's vehicle is capable of making the trip. If the trailleader says you shouldn't try the run he's doing so to keep you from tearing up your vehicle. |
