Can anyone tell me where the photos in this post were made?
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3195I also found a petroglyph area marked on the topo maps.
We're headed up there next weekend and was just curious where on the trail these were shot. I haven't visited the area before and look forward to it.

Sammie and I are going on a little trail ride next Sunday. (October 21st)
Meet up 1100 at the Lowes on Durango and 95 north.
36.46297,-116.050561 will get you to about the midpoint of the trail. Rated around a 3+. The trail is only about 20 miles, but from what I hear there is a lot of mining remains in the area.
This trail turns off of 160 from 95N. This is about 57 miles from the Lowes. We can also stop at the Sehkmet Temple if you like. This is a very awesome spot to stop and take a deep breath.
