Hey GaryB, since you're a moderator over there as well, you probably have an answer. Is the forum over there down? I tried getting on a couple days ago, after an absence of a couple weeks or so, got a V-Bulletin page indicating a "missing database" or something like that. This morning tried getting on again and got the standard IE error page indicating the site was no longer available.

Seems like I wasn't the only one:

http://forums.ghosttowns.com/showthread ... care-there

Needless to say, I was able to get back on. I attempted twice yesterday with the same time out error page. This morning it took over a minute for the page to fully load on my dial-up. I'm not happy with the VBulletin software that some forums are going for, it's dial-up unfriendly. Another forum I participate in (4WDTrips.net) has gone to the same format as well.

I think part of the problem is that I cleared my cookies and cache while doing some computer maintenance about the same time I first had problems getting on, thus without the cache to fill in the page it took longer to load since it had to from scratch.

Thanks for checking into this.
