as Mac says use sunscreen, and wear UV protective shirts. every 3 months my dermatologist cuts or freezes many spots, can be very uncomfortable. take precautions when young and with the kids, you only get one set of skin and it doesnt take much to damage it. 40 years working outdoors in this valley can take its toll.

Sun screens expires, make sure to check the dates, if out dated you will burn. I learned this the hard way.

Don't forget to wear sunscreen on cloudy days too, just as bad.
