It seams we have a few people on here that like guns and shooting including myself. It's a shame that there are people out there that use innocent animals for target practice.
Today my low life neighbor that lives behind me shoot my cat through the eye with a pellet gun.( He wouldn't admit it but we have determined that is where the cat was shoot from) I had to rush home from my doctor appointment to rush this poor innocent 6 month old cat to the vet. We thought that he had been in a fight and got hurt, but there was so much blood. Vet called later after taking X-Rays and said cat had been shoot . Pellet still lodged in the cats head. So far my vet bill is $700 and climbing. My cat will proably lose his left eye and maybe the hearing in his left ear. I will do what ever I have too make this low life pay for what he has done. Cops are investigating now so I will wait. I hope my kitty gets better.

I am so sorry this happend to your little kitty. Some people should just not be allowed to breathe. Hopefully the law will take care of him. A little karma won't hurt, either. Hope your kitty gets better. Chris

People who do injury to innocent pets deserve the same treatment given to them!

That's horrible Dave!!! I hope your cat makes it through this ordeal with minimal damage and recovers quickly. People who do bad things to innocent animals should be euthanized. If they can do that to an innocent cat, they are more than likely to do that to human beings too. What a piece of scum!! :x

Thanks too everyone for your support and well wishes for my cat.
The cat is doing much better today. As far as we can tell he will be blind in the left eye. We chose to have him stay with the vet for a couple more days.
Low life neighbor still says he didn't shoot him. I will still be suing him for the cost of the medical. I have enough proof that the shoot came from his yard to pursue the case.
Thank You
Please report animal cruelty it might save a life.

Wanna borrow my 12-gauge double barrel and two shells full of rock salt?

As a hunter of small game, I shoot only to suppliment the table. If I don't come home with anything, I still enjoyed being in the outdoors of beautiful northern Nevada. As a cat lover, I think that's terrible that someone maimed your cat (and counltess others by countless other mean spirited teens and so called young adults).

The guy should pay your vet bill, but it's unlikely that you'll ever see a penny. I'd smear his name in the press, but it's likely he could sue you and win. The world is twisted.

I guess that's why I prefer my pets to most people.

Being a cat person I look at my cats as people. I would make him pay some way. The Vet told me a cat lives an average of 2and one half years if you let it out. The same cat will live 18 years if you keep it in. Rex
