Here's the link. The remains were found near Goler Wash. How many of us have been over that way in the last 13 years?

I was through there not too long ago with Craig, Jan 2006 to be exact. I think this is the link or a link to the same story that Brad was talking about

Interesting, to say the least. Just goes to show, you'll show up sooner or later.

I am surprised that I haven't found human remains yet, with all the exploring I do. I figure one of these days, it will happen. I'm not so much concerned about finding a body... I just don't want to find anybody PUTTING a body in a remote location.

A friend of mine in the Biology Dept found a body several years ago, an apparent suicide, out neat the Apache Tears area, for those of you who know that location. My friend  was heading out for a day of botanizing (he's a plant guy). He did what I'd probably do. The body wasn't going anywhere (it was a few months dead), and he didn't want to waste a fine day dealing with the police, so he took his hike anyway, and called the police later. Oh, and he took a photo. I've seen it.

Some folks from the ghost town site in Arizona found some Native American remains in a wash near their home a year or two ago.
