I know someone that does concrete if you'd like a second price quote to compare.

Don't know any house painters though. I know people who can and would paint a house if they needed to. Like me, they were painters once, but try to stay away from that stuff as much as possible

I live in the Riverlanding community in Henderson, as close to the edge of town as you can get. I can drive right across the main road I live on, into the dirt. I can also get outta town to the south very quikly on 95...or is it 93? I never remember....

This community has been around since the 80's, so there are larger yards and more mature vegetation (think, actual big trees). The houses also have more character and variety than in the newer complexes. And it's quiet. I am extremely happy here. There are a variety of homes for sale in the community.

If you want to check it out, search Google maps for Anchor Drive, Henderson, 89015.

Charlie this guy painted my neighbors house and did a great job. Very reasonable on price too.

thanks dave, just called him, we will meet at the house tomorrow, for a estamate.

thanks gary, not looking for concrete work, it is more like moving rocks from
one area to another, then removing dead grass and then putting down
new rocks. having a small high lift,(like a bobcat) would be a big
advantage for removing the grass, something to haul it away in and a
place to dump it.

thanks again for the help
