Thanks gary! The rear flares are still under debate (tough one),power steering is next and then front and rear lockers.BTW i couldnt help noticing your signature in "addition" to the scout and the 2008 GC ........... 2008 FORD F-150 4X4 Life must be GOOD!!!!

I came across some FJ40 doors on craigslist,so i thought i would make some spare half doors for the upcoming warm weather,i also installed the new bushwacker flares for the rear fender.....so i started getting busy and cutting away

Moving right along......Next task power steering..





















This was quite a task...i had to change the entire pulley system out of the small block to accomadate the extra pulley for the new steering pump....welded on the steering box bracket backed up with some GRADE 12 bolts...to mount the new used power steering box out of a 1985 4runner....splines are the same..fits like a glove..connected my high pressure lines and PS cooler on the return....I then added some PS fluid and bleed the lines.....at this point i was excited to take it for a spin to check out the system....got a hold of some friends and did potato road and had lunch at the top......so far so good no leaks!! this was well worth it.....Now i can steer with 2 fingers instead of 2 arms YEAH!!!!
