hey folks,

the owner of our house is getting it foreclosed and we have to be out by May 1st most likely.

we're looking now, but if anyone in the club knows a house for rent in their neighborhood (around 1200 to 1300 a month), prefer Henderson area, and can give a head's up, it would be appreciated.

We could help you but you are a few weeks too early and wrong side of town. We are leaving the end of May and need someone to take over our lease of $1200. But we are in N Las Vegas.

Scuba JR. owns the house across the street from me, in Boulder City. He is looking for a renter. I think he wants $1500 a month. This is a 4 bedroom with a pool and spa. In a nice neighborhood. The house has new carpet and the inside was just painted. RV parking. I know the rent is a little more than you want but keep inmind the utitities in BC are quite a bit less than in Las Vegas. Only about 10 miles to your work.
