Nevada Backroaders

Anyone know a good place in Vegas to get some kitchen knives sharpened. I have a really nice sharpening set, but it won't begin to sharpen my kitchen knives. They seem to be to hard.

I am a great cook and the knifes that I use are FORSCHNER and that is about as good as you can get, I sharpen my own if you go to

you will find what makes you feel good,I use a sharpening steel rod and I have electric sharpening machine it would cost you to much to take your knifes to somebody every 2 weeks and have it done
