That worked just great, Mike. Do you have the episode through Wheeler's Pass? I never did get to see that one.

:D :D Thanks Mike,,, that was cool !!! I guess that I missed the run where they did the filming,,, but that is one of my favorite runs... 2x what Joe said... Any more that you can find would be appreciated... BTW it was great to see you guys again on the 19th... Hope you can make more runs in the fall... Phil

well, it's out of Glendale.

but now it's out of reach.

they turned it into a "wilderness area" or something, and closed down the whole thing to off-road vehicles.

How about a I try for a pass thru BLM / Park Service for a clean up or Special School Feild Trip? I have been there before...But it has been a long time..I have been out of wheelin for 10 years. But I still have come connections.

you can try, but access was also helped by the owner of a strip of private property that a small part of the trail crosses. Even the BLM can't get in there without this guy's permission, from what I understand.
Someone else can give you a MUCH better explanation than I can.

it's just too bad that they will not allow access for any previously EXISTING TRAILS like they did for Potato.

there are plenty of things to see out there, and having a 4x4 makes it that much easier to get to places.


I think someone never taught the treehuggers how to share.
