Gary, that is a load tester. It measures the weight load that was put on each of the winches during our MoabJeeper "Winches in Hell" test. We tested 7 different winches from some of the biggest and smallest names in winches on the "Hell's Revenge" trail. Stay tuned to www.moabjeeper.com for the article!
