After talking with the group at the last run and the lack of interest in staying the lake by the members going, I've decided to stay at the KOA in the Tent Camping area. Hope to see you all there.

Hey there my son and I are new to the group . We live in white pine co. And are looking forward to the Ely event . We would like to camp with a group since the best way to get to know folks is around a campfire . Please let me know if most of you are staying at KIA or Cave Lake . I'm looking forward to meeting you all :D

Sorry to say but... we're out. I emailed the guys planning the event and canceled KOA. We really wish we could make it. Have a great time and take plenty of pics.

reservations at Ely koa, check,
jeep registered with dmv. check
money to travel with after dmv registration, check
truck camper, work in progress (mr. blandings has nothing on me)
time off from work to leave Thursday, check
extra cat boxes, litter and squeaky toys to keep 'em from being bored, check
guess this is a GO.
we usually meet at Love's Truck Stop. Noonish seems workable.
Caravan always more fun.
Sorry Raoul, my dodge does not have 4x4 for mailbag summit.
it would be a real test of my Good Sam roadside assist to get the truck camper out of the trees.
Now all we need is Ward Bond or John Wayne for the RV train.
if anyone wants to change meet and scoot time, please post.
