Chris and I would like to lead the November run through Bitter Springs. :) This is one of our favorite runs and really enjoy doing it.. We haven't decided on a date yet, so as soon as I check the calendar, I'll post the date and details.

OK...

The run will be on Saturday, 11/19/11. As usual, meet at the Moapa station at exit 75. We'll meet at 8:30 and roll at 9:00. Hope to see you there. :D

I second the fact that the pre-run was great. This is such a fun and beautiful trail. And perhaps... just perhaps... I will do Dickie's Exit on the actual run. IF enough people go first, and I see that it's still do-able. :)

See you there!

Based on the pre-run, I would put it between 1 1/2 and 2, with a few spots a good 2 1/2. It's a requirment that club runs be stock friendly and rated no higher than 2 1/2.

Hope that answers your question, see you there. :D

I'll be there, of course. I LOVE this trail! For anyone who hasn't wheeled on this trail, it's a must. Anyone who has, knows. Come out and join us for the fun!

Its been awhile since I have been on Bitter Springs but where is there anything rated a 2.5? Did something get washed out?

Since I will be bringing the family along on this run; can anyone give me some insite on what things my boys can look out for out on the trail? Lizards, critters, cool looking rocks they might be able to take back? You know, anything that'll get them excited about going (other than wheeling with dad and all. :) ). Thanks!

When we did the pre-run, I saw at least 4 or 5 chipmunks run across the road. I didn't see any lizards though, it may be getting too cold for them. And there are all types of rocks to look at.
