CJ & I plan to be there.. Even though we signed up to walk the new bridge over Black Canyon out at Hover Dam, thru "Bridging America",, we'd rather be in the dirt with you guys !!!! See ya Saturday morning.. Phil

Bring jackets, and flashlights, and if you want to learn more before Sat go to Kokoweef.com , and look under : Reflectiions and Thoughts by Ralph Lewis . Rex

I've been racking my mushy gray matter as to why I knew the name Kokoweef so well. In reading the website, I see it's the one Larry Hahn was always talking about to a friend of mine. For those of you not knowing the connection, Larry Hahn owns Hahn's Surplus on Lake Mead. I've been known to spend a few dollars there at times.

Unfortunately, Shirley and I have other commitments so we will not be there.   Sounds like it will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This run sounds so great that we really wanted to make it and actually planned to.
Unfortunately, some family commitments are now taking the front seat.
Hope everyone has a great time. I look forward to seeing pictures.

Thanks Rex for a wonderful day. Our tour guide Ralph was very informative. It was so great to be able to go into the mines.

Just a fyi. The people who went on this run , count yourself lucky because the board voted to never allow a tour there again. Nothing happened but thay are afraid of something happening in the future. Rex
