Trying to stay as cool as possible. Going up Mormon Well Road on the 28th of August' Meet at 1730 and leave at 1800 (6:00 pm) at the visitors center at Corn Creek. From the Spaghetti Bowl travel north on US 95 for Approximately 25 miles and turn Right onto Corn Creek Rd. About another 4 miles to the visitor center. Lets see if we can find some stars at the top! We will be returning the same route. Hope to see you there!

This sounds like fun! If we make it in to town we'll join you.

We only had 7 jeeps on the run, but we had a great time! The weather and the stars were fantastic! We had a chance to help a family (not in our group) who had a shredded tire. He didn't have the key to his lug nuts. We tried several different keys, but nothing fit. The Las Vegas Off-road Rescue group came to help and we continued on. Duncan stayed behind to help (Thanks Duncan). Got home at 12:30 am. Tired but Happy!

SNORR showed up around 2330 give or take didn't look at the time exactly. Lug nuts were torqued to the point one of the lug nuts broke. Able to get all of them free with a little more fighting and back on the road around 0005. Made it back to the visitor center at 0100 aired up and headed home. Followed them back into town and broke off from them around 95/ann area as they said they were close to home. They appreciated everyone's help and everyone made it out just fine.

One lucky family!
SNORR is awesome group. Glad the family got an escort, Duncan, for ride home.
2nd stranded vehicle on this trail. Tom found someone on pre-run.
Stranded, stuck in sand 4Runner,. Person out there for 3 days!
Cardinal rule, let someone know where, when and what before you go exploring back country.
You never know if there is only one repair needed. Other problems can present once on asphalt, Highway speed.
Now, to pay for damaged rims!
Good lesson and reminder for future.
Great time.
Bravo to Jean Bissel on her maiden voyage in New Jeep Cherokee.
She did trail on Street Tires"too!
