We will be doing Mormon Well Rd on Sunday 26 Aug. Meet at 0900 and roll out @ 0930. Take the I-95 north to Corn Creek rd; turn right and meet in the Preservation public parking lot. we are going to run the entire road to I-93. I moved the time to 0900 so folks from the southern end of town don't have to get up at the crack of dawn.

The trail: its really bumpy leading up to Yucca Gap and leading out on Sawmill Rd so I highly recommend airing down. In between these areas is good.

We will be stopping first along Fossil Ridge to check out the fossils from the Precambrian period. Then we will stop shortly for the Agave Roasting Pits. From here we will head up to the camp site for lunch. After lunch we will continue the trail thru to I-93 just below Coyote Springs.

Hope to see you all on the trail.

Roy, I'm having my power steering pump replaced on my truck on Sat, Aug 26, so won't be able to make the Mormon Well run. Open to future pre-runs and/or fun runs. Basically available any day, unless previously committed. Thanks, Bob (GMC Sierra 1500)

If things go according to plan I suspect to be done with the run around 4pm. Just my guess. But then you have the drive back to vegas...another 30 to 45 minutes.
