I enjoyed the trail Mac took me on last Wed. so much I'm heading back this Sunday the 4th. For anyone interested it is called the Eldorado Jeep Trail / Lake Mohave on the Az. side of Hoover Dam. It is approx. 24 miles into Az. the trail is very scenic with wildlife along the way to the beach front. I'm planning on a little fishing and cooking when I get to the lake this time. The trail is a 1.5 to 2.5 at most with one off trail that is a little more challenging but optional. Stock friendly. I will meet at the 76 gas station in Boulder City at 8am.

sorry, I think there's a football game of some sort on the tube. If it weren't for that I'd be more than happy to join you. Maybe Monday.

Just TiVo it. It's not like anything incredible is going to happen anyway, unless you're watching from like the OG or something :P

If I went Jeepin instead of going to my friends party I'd never be forgiven cuz I'm the one bringing and cookin the carne asada. Besides, watching the superbowl after the fact and with out a bunch of drunk friends is kind of a let down.

I wanna go! :D

Since I have to work Saturday, I'll try to get out of my regular Sunday thing to join you.

A sports nerd I know would ask, "who cares about football?"

Yep! I'll be there for sure, and my son, Steve, will come along too. While you all are fishing - I'm bringing my sketchbook & pastels. It will be fun!

Anyone else coming along? Only 2-3 vehicles???

I'd go but I'm wiped out from the run Rubicon Bob lead today through Funeral Range from Armagosa to Echo Canyon in Death Valley NP. What a great trail!!

I left home at 6 am and got home around 8:30 pm. It was a long day but so worth it. I think we all had a great time. I hope you all do, too for tomorrow's run.

Have a good time and take lots of pictures!!

Thanks for leading this run today. It was such a treat to spend time down by the river hanging out, chatting, and meeting the others that came along. I really enjoyed creating my little chalk pastel landscape.

My photos have more artsy stuff included - maybe I got inspired - but I did have to include a shot of my new tire deflators - they are awesome!

Nice shots. Looks like a nice areabut, like Joe, I was bushed from Sat trip and felt like I was hung over all day even though I hadn't had anything to drink until yesterday afternoon. We did have fun watching to game even though my bet didn't work out. I took the Bears and the 7 points. Oh well.
I'm planning on making the Death Valley camp out next month. Any of you?
