This was an adventurous ride! Thanks, Joe, Al & Matthew (& dog Casey), and Scuba Steve for coming along even though it was raining when we left ~ The mud on the steep inclines were VERY challending, and the snow at the top was awesome. Yes, my heart about jumped out of my chest as I slid around here & there, but it was a phenomenal experience.

What a great day! Did you guys go elsewhere after we left? There was plenty of the day left, and it turned out to be gorgeous! My friend, Jayne, even helped me wash my jeep when we got back. Now it is all shiney & clean again.
:D

My Jeep's still a mess, I had a lot of looks on the way home. There was a guy in a nicely painted Hummer H2 that was following me not wanting to pass. I think he was afraid he was going to be hit with falling mud off my rig. What a .......
I left it out in the driveway hoping in rains real hard tonight, but I doubt it. I'm still trying to deal with my snow issues but I did have a lot of fun and was glad I was able to catch up with everyone.
It was nice to see you back in the Jeep Lucy.

Uh, I guess that would be...Me? :? What format and who do I send it to? MS Word? or just in an email? Let me know, I'll write one up ASAP.

Thank you Lucy (and Jayne), Al (Matt and Kasey), and Steve for making it to the run. The way the weather was when I left, I wasn't sure if we should go, but I'm so glad that we did. Even when I took us through a restricted area... :o

I had a really fun time today, too. It was nice being back on the trails after being away on vacation for a week. It was a fun run. The snowball fight was fun, too. I think Matt got the worst of it though. :D I wish the second part of the trail was in a little better shape. Too much snow and very slick, why take chances.

No, we didn't even discuss going on any other trail. Nothing really in the area worth doing. I was going to head up to Mt. Charleston, but changed my mind. Besides, it was kind of nice having the rest of the day to do nothing. I had such a headache when I got home, I just turned on the TV and layed on the couch with my dog and took an afternoon nap.

Hey Lucy, if I knew that you were going home to wash your Jeep, I would have followed you and got mine done, too. :P Maybe I'll wash my Jeep on Sunday...nah!!! :D

I'm glad you caught up to us Steve. That was funny that you did. I felt bad thinking we left you behind. Thanks to Al's good ears, because I never heard you. I had my squelch turned way up and I didn't hear you until Al started talking to you. It's always a pleasure to have you on the runs.

Until next time,

Joe OlllllllO

Thanks Al, but I already sent Bob the trail report. The only thing is, I have to cut it down a bit. Okay, a lot. :D :P

It was a nice little run ~ kinda short due to the slippery stuff on top ~ but a treat. Thanks for posting the photos, Al.
