Sorry to hear about your father-in-law, Pat. Maybe next time.

Thanks for leading, Bob. Matt, Kasey, and I had a great time as usual. We'll have to hit Rocky Gap again so Steve can go with us. I'm sure JJ will be up for it.

Catch you all later.

Thanks all for coming out. We got Glen welded back together  , courtesy of Paul and Fred (my neices husband and F.I.L.). We hit Potato about 5p.m. We made it thru the rock garden in the light and headed home about 8:30. We even managed to leave the side steps and mudflaps on JJ's Jeep. Life was good. 8)

I did notice this morning that a little chunk got taken out of one of my wheels, right along the edge, and I scraped up the control arms a bit when I slid just a hair. but otherwise, pretty good. mud flaps are a thing of the past.

oh, and thanks Bob!

Did you lose that chunk on the drivers side rear? I know there is one rock out there that can reach out and touch you if you are not careful. I am really supprised you made it through without losing those mudflaps. I thought they would be gone for sure.

Phil, I don't think anybody on Potato had a camera. At least I didn't see one. I know like usual, mine was sitting right where I left it. I even remember thinking "this way I won't forget it." I am such a loser.

Andy,, what is it about 'Potato' ??? Is it the "pucker factor" or "adrenalin" or "shear fright" that makes us forget to photograph the experience ??? Thanks anyway..... Phil

Phil...I did bring my camera, but trying to keep track of Matthew and Kasey is difficult enough and I never am able to get any shots off. I did get 1 of Andy from behind and 1 of Glen but they aren't very great action shots.
We missed Joe....He is usually the one that gets all the great shots!!

Aw, I'm touched. Hey, I've missed you all too. My Jeep is fixed and running good, so the next time there is a Friday nite or Saturday run, I should be there. If I'm not, it won't be because of my Jeep.
