Anybody heading out Sunday for a run? It looks like a good day for a snow run-Any ideas? Otherwise I am thinking about running up to Mesquite and heading up the mountain and around to Whitney Pockets area if anybody is interested. There appears that it got dumped on fairly good last night and haven't played in the snow yet with the Jeep :D

Morman Well road might be a good pick too.

You could always go up to Lee Canyon and make $20 a pop pulling the stupid people out of the snow drifts :P

Hey I know this is late, but... Mormon Pass was a bit of a bust for me today. No snow on the trail to speak of until at least 6,200 ft and the pass is just over 6,600. Didn't have to take it out of 2wd all day except to pull off to the side of the trail for oncoming traffic.

I was surprised... I ran up over Wheeler Pass on President's Day and there was LOTS of snow. If it hadn't been fresh powder it would have been too much to drive through. But today on the other hand, not near enough to make it fun.

David -sorry but my plans changed. Kids a little under the weather and decided not to go. That is the last thing they need when feeling bad.

Saturdays run was the place for the snow. Christmas Pass is just a hair under 4000' and it snowed from there to 93 on the way back. Not to mention the half dozen mini storms that got us through out the day.

I saw where it pretty much hit that area through out most of the night, it must have looked like a winter wonderland this morning.

We found a good bit of snow at Wheeler Pass today.

I'll post pics in just a little bit.
