Hey,

I have my one day off this coming Monday the 13th.

I've been really looking forward to one day seeing Bitter Spings or Wheeler Pass ever since I got my Jeep.

or if anyone has some place else in mind I'm all ears. Love to explore.

hey jj, sounds like fun. do you have a preference as to which of the 2 trails you'd like to do? they're way differant. wheeler rates a 2 getting up to the summit if there's no snow. bitter springs rates a 1.5 and is a longer trip but no chance of snow. 8)

I guess if I had to pick I'd say Bitter Springs. Really wanna get a look at it.
I can do Wheeler later when it's a bit warmer.

There's that gas station at the Valley of Fire turnoff exit off of I-15 yes?

We'll meet there about 8:30 in the AM tomorrow.
I'll have to let you lead Brad, as you know the trail.

I'll need a loaner radio if you got one..

Oh, and my number is 278-5411 if you have any questions.
I gotta work tonight however so I'll be unavailable.

can't wait! And neither can my camera.

i'll see you there at 0830. i called another new guy and invited him along too. bring lunch and we'll eat on the trail, and i have an extra radio for you. no problem with me leading, i run this trail all the time and actually just did it last month with the tv crew from utah. i think i ran it 10 or 12 times last year. it's a goodie. 8)
