Steve,

My friends from Argentina will be coming on this run also. Do you or anybody else have a spare CB to loan out? I told them about all the other stuff they will need, they have it.

Because we will be going into the Lake Mead National Rec Area, there is a $5.00 entrance fee or $20.00 annual.

Hey Brad, you're not old enough for a Golden Eagle Pass yet. :D

Are you going to come so you can GPS it?

actually, i do get a golden eagle pass every year but i have a while yet before i can get a golden age pass. for $65 a year a golden eagle will get you into any national park or blm fee area and i use mine alot. i'm thinking real hard about going, i haven't been on that trail since last spring when i took a group down there. 8)

If you come in from Overton it doesn't cost - unless they added a fee station.

I get the two passes mixed up. I keep a national parks pass for $ 50.00 a year. I hope you decide to make it. It should be a nice trip. There is no fee station if you come in from Overton.

I'm going to have to postpone the run to Boathouse Cove. I found out today that I have to be in Caliente that same day. Maybe someone else would like to take over and lead it.

Steve

"NEVERMIND" :D Gene and Coral will take over for me. He'll be announcing the time and place to meet up soon.

Thanks Geno!

Well, if you are all going, then I'm going, too. I can't let you all have all the fun. I'll be looking for the meeting time and place. The trail is at GPS coordinates, N 36 15.861 W 114 28.952 if my topo is correct. Sounds like a fun time. See you there. :D
