A lot of rain has hit the area since last year.

Not stock or Full size friendly anymore. (Trucks & SUV's unless you are on 38" tires)

The main road is rougher and the gravel is washed away so the rocks
are way more exposed.

Jeeps on 35" tires or larger will be fine. Two traction devices advised.
4 door Jeeps on 35's may slightly rub rock sliders. Unless on 37's.

(I am not trying to scare you, I just want to be clear.)
This will be slightly harder than last year.(Due to trail conditions)

If you've not done my New Year Run, ask someone who has. I think it's
kind of cool. We will be doing it a little differently this year.

Plan for a full day, at one point a short hike. Dress warm, proper shoes, camera, etc.

** If you are interested in going on this adventure, please post up**

Meet: I-15 / I-93 Loves Truck Stop
Time: 7:00am - Fuel up Roll out by 7:30 Sharp.
CB: ch.#4

A small but capable group will cover some ground. We may have Keith & Mark tag along as well. It'll be a good day. :D

Be sure to dress for {OMG COLD} it's probably going to be in the Hi 20's or low 30's and may have snow on the ground.

Windmill sounds great ! really good food. If you like real down home cook'n  YES PLEASE!

I'll haul the Jeep up on the trailer. Just in case we should need a trailer. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Just the Boy Scout in me.

Like the idea of having back up Boy Scout. It is 2015. Never know how this year will start.

I didn't know this was a trailer-able ride. So often we do a route that trailer-ing is not an option. We either end far from the start or it's a modest, close to home trail and just not worth it. I like to trailer for the tough ones. It also gives me the option to go early and sleep in the truck (you see I am not much of a morning person  ). I want to hear all about the ride when you get back, ride safe, have a great day!
