Haven't run Pack Saddle in a few years and I think it's time. we'll meet at the first gas station you come to in Boulder City on the right side (someone will remind me what kind of station it is. I think a Rebel).

Meet at 8:00 am and leave at 8:30. Please fill your tank. It's a long way to the trail head.

Yes, it's Rebel. What date? Sorry if I missed it. I'd be interested in helping out with the pre run

What is the condition of the down side of the trail coming into Chloride? Last time I was on it, the trail was pretty rough with a few nice obstacles. Just wondering.

Joe, you were right: The back side of Pack Saddle Loop is DEFINITELY more than a "2.5".
I only wish you were with us to say "NEERER NEERER NEERER". Still its a fun trail that I'd rate a "3". Too much for a club run, but......... why not a fun run?
I'm not going to tell anyone not to try it. It is a stock doable trail. It is NOT a stock friendly trail.
Same time, date, and meeting place. We'll do something different for the club run. Hope to see you there!

I would have loved to had gone, but I'm saving for the Feb Club Run, Tom. Yeah, I was hoping it would be more stock friendly, but I agree that it's doable in a stock vehilce, but just not friendly. I don't think it was much worse than coming down Elbow Canyon and I did that in my stock Grand, remember? Grant it, I scraped bottom a few time...LOL Packsaddle is one of the better trails with a view that I can think of, and coming down into Chloride makes it even more fun.

I'll keep the date in mind and see if I could make it to this run, too.

Kelly and I are looking forward to this. The last time we were there, someone broke a H-3 before we even got to the hard part. I thinkthat was the last time the club was there. See you Saturday.

Walt, Kelly, and Greta the dog

I woke up very sick this morning. Regretfully we are not going to make it.
I'm sure it will be fun and am looking forward to any pics that get posted

I stayed home to take care of my sick kids and missed the run too. Maybe we'll all feel good by next week to make the Club Run Mike :D. I hope you feel better soon.

Hey Tom it was great meeting everyone on the trail today. We made it it through with no problems. Funny thing is you had the same Cracker Barrel idea i had!.. See on the trail!
