I personally will not be doing this part of the run.

Will there be snow?

So far, I don't think so, but I have been keeping up with the weather predictions as I work on Mt. Charleston and have to be prepared for snow.

wheeler pass in december, i'd say it's gonna be cold and windy and cold with some wind. may be some snow in places too but i'd guess the trail should be open. did i mention it's most likely gonna be cold and windy?

Where is the cold creek turn off from 95?

I have taken 95 to the Mt. Charleston exit for camping so I assume it is near the same area.

the cold creek turn off is also the turn off for the two prison up there.
