I am the new guy do you mind if i join the group for the saturday run?

I'll be there. A few of the 702fjcrew may also tag along, if you guys don't mind an inter-club run.

This is one of those trails that I've been wanting to do but keep opting for other runs because this one is so close to home that I can do it anytime. Well I've put it off long enough.

I had a feeling something was going to come up to ruin yet another chance for me to run Potato, and it has. My son was selected to participate on behalf of his high school's Track and Field team at the UNLV Invitational Saturday morning. Only a few kids from each high school's teams get to participate in Invitationals because the schools have to pay $400. to enter them. So I can't really miss out on that. I'll make that run eventually. Have fun all!

Well, you can run Potato nearly anytime. This sounds like an awesome event for your son...congrats on him being selected and I wish him good luck in the event. Maybe we'll catch you the next time Gus. :mrgreen:

Well Joe,,, looks like Me, my buddy Carl and CJ will be coming along !! It's Carl's 1st trip of this type ! He should really enjoy it.. See ya Sat. AM Phil

It's that "I can run it anytime" mindset that is the reason I've had my Jeep over a year now and have yet to run it. Thanks for the well wishes Joe. We'll see you on the trail eventually.
