Meeting at Blue Diamond (SR160) and Rainbow at the McD's/Chevron at 7:30 am and depart at 8:00 am. Potato Ridge is the trail which may or may not be worse than it has at the beginning of March. I was told by a reliable source that it was tore up from the rains...with wash outs...ruts...etc.

High Clearance would be great, lockers...well if ya got em, then use em. LOL If not, the skinny pedal will be your friend.

See you there!!

Hey Joe,,, sounds like a fun one to me !! I can't afford the Club run to Titus,, but this I can swing.. I'll ask my friend Carl to come along.. It will be his 1st "off road" experience.. He's into restoring early 'muscle' cars and drag racing.. I need to get in the dirt !!! Phil

Awesome, Phil...Potato has always been a fun run...quick, close to home, and different level of obstacles. Glad to hear you are going to make it!!!

Count us in.
It looks like I have worked out my travel to fly home from DC Friday afternoon.

I’m really looking forward to it. I haven’t been on this trail in years. Last time I was in my old ZJ.

This pic is at the bitter rock canyon trail, no good pics of this truck on Potato :(

If I would have kept it other than the color it would be pretty close to what my new ZJ is.

Joe I will try to remember the CD

See you Saturday

Ran it today. My daughter who has never driven the jeep before made it through no problems. A few new boulders in different places but easily "doable". There was couple of guys in a lifted ram that were well and truly stuck in one of the washes to the side of the trail, dunno how they managed to get that far 8) They had enough people around them so we carried on

Count me in.
This is one of those trails that I've been wanting to do but keep opting for other runs because this one is so close to home that I can do it anytime. Well I've put it off long enough.
I know it's Brad's B-Day on the Bitter Springs trail, but I've already done that one.
Sorry Brad, Happy Birthday though! :D
See you all Saturday!

I will try to make this run. There's a couple of other guys from the 702FJCrew forum that may be going as well.
