OK Sept 06 10 am at lovel canyon rd and 160

ANy one who cares to can meet up with Jim Hurja and cruise up to the scan station at the summit. ANy one interested in meeting with the USFS researcher this would be a good time. after that your on your own to do as you wish as many nearby trails are do-able; fence line trail and rocky gap immediately comes to mind

as an aside Jim has two stations in the pine nut road area that need to be periodically check on. since we have adopted trails in that area I have invited him (and the New USFS Rubicon jeep) to Join us for the sept 27th run.

The thought of tagging it with a backroaders sticker is just too much.

Not sure how much wheelin' will be done as the main objective is to clean the trail.

I'm confused, what kind of run is this?

Is this a cleanup run with a local forest service man?

Will a stock vehicle be acceptable? I have current generation 4Runner 4x4 now.

What kind of trail is this?

Thanks!

The run I was refering to was the Sept. 27 Club Run as being the clean-up run.

Sorry for the confusion.

10:00 AM-- Junction Lovell Canyon road and Hwy 160 (Pahrump hwy).

Currently I have Russ, Roger and Sue, and Joeconfirmed for tomorrow. (Tim,
I can't find my notes from our phone conversation so I do recall if you
were going to be there)

For those who are unable to make it tomorrow. I have another date
scheduled for Wednesday Sept. 17, leaving here at the office for a trip to
a couple of sites in the Desert NWR and time permitting a couple of other
locations on the West side of Hwy 95.

Bill I have you and your father confirmed for the Sept 17 trip.

I am looking forward to meeting you all.
