drive hike drive,

I was wondering if there were any people out there who would like to do some drives combined with hikes. possibly starting in the SMNRA ?

two that come to mind could be the FSR 104 2.5 mi up Keil Canyon road from scotty street to its end then up to griffith peak (5 mile hike one way)or the over look (2.5 mile)
or Macks peak rd off 156 to the boulders then up to macks peak or the sisters.

Did them both last summer and have been planning on going back up this summer to get ready for a try at Mt. Whitney in Sept. I've got a real bad work scheadule but will post something when I can. Also...I have 1 maybe 2 extra permits for Mt. Whitney if anybody is interested. Here is some info. on the hike if interested. http://webpages.charter.net/mtwhitneyhiking/bpindex.htm
