a few of us are heading to the water via Aztec Wash then out Eagle Wash on Sat 6/28. We're meeting at the Chevron at 95 & Horizon at 8 am leaving at 8:15. The Aztec Wash trail is easy dirt road but I understand the Eagle Wash trail has a few up waterfalls. I understand a GEO Tracker went up with no problem so you be the judge on your rig and capabilities.

I'll be there with Kayaks in tow...okay, strapped to my roll bar. Those who don't want to attempt Eagle Wash can just head out the same way we'll be going in. The lake should be nice and refreshing. :D

I can't wait to spend the day in the sun! The dogs are all excited, too... Especially Bosco, he has to get revenge on a certain duck in that area! LOL!

See you all there!

Jodi

If you go in via Knob hill and Electric Avenue it is very scenic.

Besides the Falls Eagle Wash has a couple tight spots Cherokee size vehicles will fit Suburban's not so well
It was my Geo Tracker and while it is just a Tracker it is not exactly stock.
We drug the sliders, Frame, and Skid Plate. but with some great spotting (and rock positioning) from Jeepin Joe and crew it did go up and down on its own.

Eagle wash is a fun trail, and not so far in that if you decide you don't want to run the falls you can go back and take the easy way through Nelson, or electric ave.

My info and GPS tracks/routes for these trails can be found here on my site:
