no one showed up.........so against better judgment i went alone.
3 jeep forums had this posting so i was good at telling where i was going.
i do not recommend going out alone...
but
today i needed to get away...from da city.
start of coves rd.
Eagle Wash....was crowded so i turned around before getting to the end
Placer cove was close to 50 teens there...so i left.
old short cut to Placer Cove is being restored
Aztec Cove water level is high due to Hoover Dam is making big power
finally...reached my destination ...cove is All mine!
my chair ....no one else at this spot

while sitting and taking in the views of boats passing...
visitors...came to view me (they did not bite me this time)
cell phone was ringing in the middle of no where..must be the elev
oh.....all the talk of Jeep`s not getting good mileage
that is an avg for the day...4 hrs off road 40 mins highway
