My Aunt and Uncle are coming into town for a week and I wnat to show them some off road fun and desert scenery close by so I'm thinking about doing the Logandale loop on SUN Dec 23. I figure we can meet at the Chevron in Logandale at around 9am and roll shortly afterwards. They've never done anything like this so I'm probably going to keep it simple at least for awhile then see how they react. It'll be stock friendly unless at the end we take the trail up the escarpment to Overton but those that can't do that can easily backtrack out (which is probably what I'll have to do with the A & U).

Some of us may have to break off and head for the rocks :P  I'll hang with ya tho. As long as I can anyway. Sounds like a fun run before the Christmas work week. :D

Cool, Joe. I won't be offended if people want to go play in the rocks. I would too except I don't want to scare my A&U right before Christmas, they might not give me a present then.

Yeah, if I remember right there's a large enough lot at that Chevron to park for the trip. It would probably be advisable to ask beforehand though. Turns out the kinfolk won't be coming along so this might be a bit more adventurous than expected. Depends on who shows. See y'all at 9

Plenty of room at stonies pad for parking.

Great pix guys !!! MJ mag. type shots !!! I'm impressed,,, you guys are really getting into some technical,, bold,, and scarey stuff there !!! I'm sure that my XJ would have to grow at least 6 more inches and 4 more inches of tires to come close to that stuff !!! Not to mention the new set of gonads I'd have to grow to even try it !!!!!!!! LOL WOW
