We will be exploring Tuesday to try to find the ghost town of Stirling, and the 3 or 4 springs in the area. It is West of Indian Springs 5 or 10 miles. We will meet at the Palute gas station on North 95 at 9:00 and roll at 9:15. It is a ways from the gas station to the turnoff , on blacktop, just so you know. See you there. Rex :wink:

I suspected you guys wouldn't know what the trails look like, but it almost never hurts to ask :) . I will tag along and see for myself then.

Where you able to get to Johnnie? Last time I was there, I was chased off by a guy (supposed owner) with a gun bigger than mine.


Been to Stirling Mtn. numerous times myself. Nice area to see wildlife.
