so with the 116 degree weather coming this week, my question is, would Joe and friends STILL go out in that, topless and door-less, and A/C-less?

Yes, actually I would. Image Sheila will be out of town and Al is still working on upgrading his YJ, Image so it would be me and Rubicon Rob to fill in for the crazy people that can't make it. I don't let heat stop me from having fun on my days off. I might go to Lake Mojave to swim, kayak, and/or snorkel around the coves instead of hitting the rocks though.

I am kicking around the idea of either hitting Potato Ridge or Angel Peak this weekend, hot weather or not. Angel Peak may be a little cooler, but that's not why I'd go there. It's two fold actually. First off, it's been a while and it is a middle of the road kind of trail. Secondly, I have a geocache I'd like to stop in on and make sure it's in good condition and maybe put some more things in it while I'm there. So, I'm leaning toward that run. I'll post something up no later than Thursday.

Still undecided, Image but I will be doing something.

I think it took Al and I about 4 hours to do last time we went through. We started by going through Grapevine Canyon to the powerline to Angel Peak and then another trail back down to the road to Mt. Charleston.
