We are camped at across from Eldorado Valley Rd. where all the sub stations are on 95 heading to Searchlight.
1999 Grand as normal. Just had a three inch lift put on by Ted Wiens. Getting New tires friday am. I did not have time to get the lift with so much going on, no time for a work party.
The street tires were not good. and the one's I just bought would not fit, as they were 15in and the new one's are 16's and a different bolt pattern. Will be ready for Sat. I have to check everythink out.

Not to get off topic, but there are two Geocaches very close to where you are camped.
The first is here:
N35 47.580
W114 56.745

The second:
N35 47.457
W114 56.637

So if you are getting more traffic then what would seem normal, that could be why.

There are also some cache's where we are going to be wheeling also. I am going to down load some of the info to my laptop to see if we can find one or two of them.

See you all then.

This almost sounds like some kind of weird "Where's Geno" game. Image

Hi All! Just wanted to thank everyone for letting us tag along. It was our pleasure to meet everyone and enjoy your company out on the trails. Great views of the River. It was calling me to finish getting my boat ready for the season. When it gets too hot we switch to boating. Late last year I found a great Striper hole south of Cottonwood Cove that needs the fish thinned out so I need to get back there. So thanks again. Happy Trails and if we don't see you again before Summer we will see you after it cools. Keith and Lynn

Thanks to all that came out for this run.

I had a good time the with Backroaders.
I need to work on my Misguided label though. hehe
I think Geno lost his because of something he told me on the phone a while back. Sorry dad to dime you out!

It was a nice run and excellent views. Thanks Dad for setting this up.

Have a good day all, and hopefully we can get back over there soon.

Thanks

Todd

It was nice to see you again, Todd. Someday, we will get you to come out for the full campout experience that we do. You only had a small taste of it with 8 people. Much more fun and food when we have more people. Hopefully, Smudge won't be quite as cat-tankerous as he was this weekend. 8)

geno,
being able to cool off in the lake after rolling down from nob hill was great, even if my jeep over-heated on the way back to nelson.
have to check out which gremlin is at work to put a kink in summer runs.
will see you on wednesday.
enjoyed the el dorado campground, too.
smudgen has good taste in grands, let's see what after market upgrades are in it's future.

Beth

Next time we will have to put your jeep into the lake also. hehe
Maybe that is what it needed.

Thanks all for a good time.
