Nevada Backroaders

Seems we forgot to post this link for any newbies. Here's a list of motels in Ely. Most of the club have had good luck with either of the Best Westerns, the Copper Queen, and the Jailhouse. While the Hotel Nevada has some cheap rooms it has become the spot for bikers riding thru and the rooms go pretty fast. There are also several RV parks and camping at the KOA or at Cave Lake State Park just east of town.

There are plenty of gas stations and a Ridley's Supermarket where you can grab food, drinks and stuff.

Also for newbies, you'll notice most of the evening fun is being held in Ruth. Ruth is about 7 miles west of Ely on US Highway 50. Once thru Robinson Canyon you'll see a sign and make a left turn to get to Ruth on County Road 44. After about a mile you'll make another left turn into the town it's self. Make a right turn on the first big wide street, Sunshine Street, and take to to where it T's at Hill Street. Right at the T and go up 2 blocks to Arlington and you'll see all the RV's and 4x4's at The Trailcat Resort, aka Geno & Coral's.
