Justin,

If you need a hand with install, I did my Mile Marker 8K in my garage in a couple of hours (did some mods to the winch while I was installing). I would be happy to help out and trade stories and ideas.

Sounds like you know her well

Actually it was a compromize, I get a winch and she gets a purple syn line for it  Glad pink isn't her favorite color. :? Bet it fades to pink :x

John, If you still have those fender flares we may have enough for a small work party. I'll bring the bull bar along and if it works with the winch we can weld it on. If not you may give it to someone else who can use it.

Ed, its your call for when.

I'm so glad my year is getting back to normal, if not a lil busy.

Beware around Brad and an axe. It seems to have a "Lizzie Borden" effect on him. Axes and synth rope DO NOT play nicely together.

One big plus is that synth rope can be spliced back together. Thanks Mac.
As far as the color fading, go to REI and get some webbing that will go over the last 20ft or so. It will help to protect the line from sun damage.
