Access in western NV and eastern CA is under attack and a lawsuit is necessary. We need your help. Please SHARE the word of this lawsuit to anyone who might recreate in the area, whether for four-wheeling, hunting, fishing, quad riding, dirt biking, you name it.

BlueRibbon Coalition is taking the lead on this legal action if we can raise some funds to support it. We NEED to fight back here. This might be a precedent setting situation for access all over.

Here’s a note from my BRC partner, Don Amador, who is taking the lead for us to help maintain your access. Funds are needed to start up this lawsuit.

Thanks, Del Albright, Recreation Advocate

There already have been several folks/clubs who want to send in donations. I just got the dedicated account set up at BRC HQ. There are two ways folks can make tax-deductible donations to the suit.

Snail Mail via ck. - make ck. payable to BRC - Attn: Bridgeport Lawsuit - and mail to:

BlueRibbon Coalition

4555 Burley Drive, Ste. A

Pocatello, ID 83202

or

Online - (in the contribution instructions type in "Bridgeport Lawsuit" and just above that click on the contribution is for "BRC Legal Fund"

Thanks in advance for your support!
