Stop Driving on Red Rock - Las Vegas Weekly article My take on this article is that it's proposing that Red Rock NCA be closed to all motorized traffic ie: Wilderness with a possible future tram so you can sit on your butt in a tram looking out the window and watch yet another closed trail go by.
