NDOW has filed a request with BLM to gather Big Horn Sheep from the Muddy Mountains, North McCollough Mountains, & the South McCollough Mountains to be relocated in the Delmar Mountains of Lincoln County. NDOW will be using the helicoptor capture method same as they have in previous roundups. The comment period for this action is from January 23 to February 21, 2008. All comments should be sent to Juan Palma, Field Manager, BLM-Las Vegas, 4701 N.Torrey Pines Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130. The Environmental Assessment and decision of record will be prepared within 30 days of the end of the comment period.
