To all Las Vegas Valley 4wheel drive enthusiasts and any other interested parties, Just a reminder that your comments are due by July 27th, 2007. So write something! ANYTHING! Send your comments to Robert Wandell <robert_wandell@nv.blm.gov>. Please take some time out of your very busy schedule to read the draft of the Logandale Trails System, Integrated Resource and Recreation Area Management Plan. A .pdf file is available on the BLM's web page at: http://www.blm.gov/nv/st/en/fo/lvfo.html. You can also stop by the BLM field office at: 4701 North Torrey Pines Drive Las Vegas, Nevada 89130 ... and request a copy. They will give you one. Free! You will need Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer in order to read the file. You can download a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. And it too, is free! Did I happen to mention that the Logandale Trails System is also free? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take the time to read the IRRAMP. After you're done reading, send a comment to Robert Wandell <robert_wandell@nv.blm.gov> and tell him what you think of the plan. Tell him that you like it, you hate, or that you want them to change this or that. Tell him to kick the damn horses out of LTS because the road apples are too hard to clean out of the tread of your MT/Rs. Tell him SOMETHING! |
