PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take the time to read the IRRAMP. After you're done reading, send a comment to Robert Wandell <robert_wandell@nv.blm.gov> and tell him what you think of the plan. Tell him that you like it, you hate, or that you want them to change this or that. Tell him to kick the damn horses out of LTS because the road apples are too hard to clean out of the tread of your MT/Rs. Tell him SOMETHING!
