I don't think the BiTD folks will be there, but you might run into some of the MRAN or Dunes & Trails folks if they camp there.

I'll comfirmation next week or so about the Caliente yard too, I guess they have to wait till the City Council meets to get an answer. When I find out, I'll pass it along.

Just a reminder, the pre-registration is required by the 15th (Tuesday) to guarantee a shirt or dinner.

Just an update:

The rodeo grounds in Caliente have been approved for over flow camping use. Lots of rooms for trailers and tent camping. To get there, take the first right as you come into Caliente, SR317. This will be the road to get to Rainbow Canyon, Elgin, and the Kershaw-Ryan State Park. Take the first road on the left, about 1/2 mile from US93. This should be Clover St., but I'm not sure if it's signed. The rodeo grounds are on the right about a 1/4 mile down. From there, you can keeping heading east into town and right to the Depot for Saturdays registration.

Thank's Gary for Leading us around the desert again. Liz and I had a great time as usual. It's nice to see and experience some of our Nevada history. We really enjoyed the cooler weather, the mines, ghost towns, cemetaries and hanging out with some great folks. The deer kept us company in the campground. It was good to see some of our new friends that we met last year and have stayed in touch with. There was a lot of work put in by a lot of people organizing the events and the dinner and we appreciate it and hope to make it again next year.

I think Jenny beat us out again at the raffle but only because she ended up winning the grand prize. It was enough gasoline to get home.

Again, thanks

Jeff and Liz

Thanks to Jeff and everyone else that made it up.

Hopefully with the BiTD race moving dates and the once in a lifetime reunion out of the way, it will bigger and better next year.

Thanks Gary for leading an awesome trail again this year! We will be at Trails Day again next year!

Jeff & Liz, it was great seeing you again! Too bad we didn't get to spend time hanging out by the fire..
