How many Club members are going to be at H&B this year??? Is anyone going to campout??? I need to find out, so I know how many steaks to get for dinner on Friday night. Side dishes or desserts are potluck style. Bring your favorite, but not too much.

Here is the list that I know of so far.

Bob & Shirley +1
Rex & Shirley
Geno, Coral + 2
Ed
Mickey & Sharon
Justin & Angie
Marla +1
Steve +1
Bill
Art & Brenda
Tom & Shana
Paul & Paula
Tim

Ed is providing the fire pit for the required campfire. Saturday night will will be doing our own potluck dinner. Bring your favorite thing to BBQ and a side dish or dessert to pass around. Sunday morning we will be doing our signature "community breakfast".

There is always a possibilty for campfire games. Will someone finally be able to beat Justin in PA Golf???

If I can figure it out and barring the unforeseen.
Can I just show up for one day, if so what would be the best day?
Is there a motel around for the 2/3 day stay?
I don't do sleeping on the ground and no shower.
Is it near the club run we ran this month near Logandale/Overton?
I'm new to all this.

Thanks for any and all information.

Saturday may be the best day. In the evening there will be raffles and BBQ.

There are a few motels and a best western in Overton just a few miles from the fair grounds, I doubt any rooms are vacant, but wouldn't hurt to check.

Had a great time meeting everyone in ELY, and joined the group.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at H & B and enjoying
another BBQ meal!
Also, my friend Mandy's Mom joined the group and will also
be at H & B.
Anyone sticking around for a Sunday and/or Monday run??
Tues and Wed heading down to Sedona for more 4x4ing with a small group of jeepers, again, anyone want to join??

Thanks for any and all information.

You can show up for just one day. Please be aware that this is a PAY event. I am not sure if there might be a different charge for just one day. As Justin said, Saturday might be a better day, since they have a big raffle that night. It might be a little difficult to get a motel that weekend. Quite a few people get motel rooms.

One of the trails offered is the same trail we did for the Club Run. We will also be offering Bitter Springs for another scenic trail. Plus there are other trails of various ratings being offered.

You can find more info at http://www.vv4w.org/humpnbump.asp

Bob my daughter will be attending as well.

We have reservations at the BW in Overton, or might camp out. We will be there Thursday!
