My girlfriend will be with me, but she does not eat steak.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again and watching Mac try to melt butter...

I am bringing a tent for her and I to stay in.

Not sure what run going to go on yet, so will see then.

Thanks

Todd

I'll bring a bag of charcoal for the cook fire Unless we are using a grill this year .

May need coal and bellows if Mac brings his special butter

I figured on cooking by using the firepit. Unless someone brings a big BBQ, the BBQ's the we all carry in the RVs are too small for a group this size. I would offer my home BBQ if someone with a trailer would bring it out.

Yes. Bring a side dish or dessert to share. Friday night I have all the steaks we need. Saturday, bring what you would like to cook. And a side or dessert to share. Sunday is our community breakfast. For example...I usually make scrambled eggs. Somebody else may do bisquits and gravy. A third might do bacon. You get the idea.

I guarrantee that you will not go hungry. If youdo, it is because you did not eat. There is always too much food.

So far, it looks like 26 for Friday. Probably a few more on Saturday. Don't bring too much. With this many, there will be a lot of food.

We'll be there!
Haven't had a chance to pay yet though.
Does anyone know if we can pay at the gate, or do I need to get off my butt and get it done online? :D
This will be our first HnB. Anything I need to know or expect?
What's going on with the potluck I'm reading about? Is it a club function?
Can we join in? What should we bring?
Oh so many questions, so little time.
This weekend looks like it's going to be a blast. I can't wait.
Sorry for inundating this post with so many questions. :)

I have a question for R Bob. I would like to come up to H&B for Saturday only. I would like to know if VVFW has a price for just the day or if they charge $60 weather you go for 1 or 3 days. I don't think I will come for 1 day if it cost $60. Let my know. I can only get away for 1 day and maybe the NB's bar-b-que saturday night.

I'm not sure if there is a 1 day charge. Give Mac a call to find out. 373-4744

I will also talk to Mac and George when I get there this morning. Call me tonight. 232-3422

Let me know what you find out because we're in the same boat.
We're only able to make it on Saturday too.

Mac

Give my thanks to all who helped put on this great event. I had fun, even on the 13 mile loop trail ride. My girlfriend had a ball playing on the sand dunes and the trail ride in general.

I will put this on my calendar for next year also.

Thanks

Todd
