Cal 4's next convention will take place in Primm Nv, Feb 13 - 16.

This will be the 50th annual for Cal 4, and want it to be the best.
To help with this, it has been suggested that we also do a couple of wheeling trips from Primm.

I would like to know if any of the Members of NBR's would like to help us by hosting a couple of wheeling trips from Primm?

I am also going to post this on SinCity4x4 for their help also.

I will work more details throughout the next year.

So pick your favorite trails that you want to share with your fellow Cal4 members when we come to visit.

Thanks

Todd

Hey all

Just wanted to move this back to the top.

If anyone has some ideas for trails to run during the Cal4 convention dates, that are listed above, please let me know via this forum.

I will start to get an idea of what we are looking for as we get closer to the Feb date of convention.

Thanks

Todd

Hi all

I am finally back from sailing the seven seas.
Starting to put lists together of who from Cal4 wants to wheel during their convention in Feb at Primm.

I would need some trail leaders once I have a better idea of how many want to wheel during this time frame.

I will have my jeep there, and plan on spending a couple of extra days in the area to wheel and have fun.

Any help you all can provide would be appreciated.
Thanks

Todd

I could run Excelsior Mine and Sperry Wash, Leaving from the backside of Whiskey Pete's on Saturday. Easy trail.

I could lead a run on the "Jean Trail". I ran it once but its a one way in and one way out trail (Can't Get lost). I'd say it rates around a 3 to 4.

Bob & Glen

Thanks for offering to help. I will let you know more as we get closer to Feb about the runs.
I have some interest all ready, and Cal4 is getting ready to post the request for trail rides in our magazine also. I am sure I will garner more requests then also.

Thanks

Todd

I know Bob said Sat for him, and I will make sure we have some people that want to run on sat. Most of the big meetings happen on Sat, along with the dinner.
Glen, what day can you take a group out on?

I may have a few that want to run on Sunday also, as Monday is a holiday. It is like presidents weekend or something like that.

Thanks guys

Todd

Bob

No need to take Monday off, as most will be leaving Monday.
I am staying Monday, but going to spend the day in Vegas with the girl friend and her daughter. It is her daughters birthday, and we are going to take her down to the strip to shop and sight see.

Thanks

Todd

Todd,

I can lead a run Saturday or Sunday, but I'd prefer Saturday.

Todd: Tom and Rex would like to offer a run that we did last year only do it backwards. Sunset, which is a ghost town, thru Beer Bottle pass. If interested let me know. It is a +2 trail. Rex :D
